Ordered for click and collect
Order said 5 days, which is fine – 7 days later I called for an update, was told by the girl on the phone (who didn’t sound like she wanted someone calling her) that I have a special order and I just have to wait, 4 days later I speak with the customer service team that then calls the store – store calls suppliers and finally tells me 2 weeks after my order that they supplier is out of stock – this should’ve been resolved on the original call – would give one star but did add a star because the refund was processed and sorted but only after my follow up

My first year with Fitness First Menai has been great. All the trainers and staff are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I like how they have given me tips and tricks on my form during workouts so I can benefit the most from my exercises. They have an astounding, clean and comfortable facility filled with high-end equipment and a positive environment (Everyone seems really happy to be there). From their strong service to their friendly staff and management, Fitness First Menai is an incredible gym for everyone, from beginners taking their first steps into a gym to professional athletes & competitors to train at.

Apparently being a Platinum member at fitness first doesn’t mean you can train at the nearest gym at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Absolute joke, wouldn’t recommend fitness first and especially the Menai Gym to anyone.

Be AWARE of fitness first menai contracts. They have continuously done me wrong since I signed their contract with my brother, I told them I wasn’t going to be around for more than 3 months in the area and the young staff signed me and my brother to an 18 month contract that I’ve been battling to pay ever since I lost work (over a year now) and had to move away from Sydney. This contract is only for menai and gives no access to any other store in Australia. When I moved I continuously called to put my account on hold and they assured me it was put on hold but then a week later, they would charge me the rest of my money.. 6 different times this resulted in an overcharge in my account- leading to me having to cancel going to Sydney altogether.. due to having to wait up to 3-5 business days to get the money back. They are absolutely hopeless at menai fitness first and I can garentee you they are only in it for the money. Get your own set of dumbbells and stop feeding the scammers more money. Its very sad to see a successful, rich, business that’s been thriving more than others, do this to its essential customers and people who genuinely wanted to better their lives but got locked down. Oh and recently sent them the details they asked for to cancel both accounts and I still got charged full amount only 2 weeks after this, its sad to see.

Their pricing was competitive. Prompt, patient, and professional.
We couldn’t be happier with the privacy film service from Sydney Tint Solutions. We were impressed with finish, as we were concerned about losing natural light, which if anything it didn’t change at all. I will continue to recommend Sydney Tint Solutions Window Tinting Service to colleagues and friends that need their services!

We just purchased a house, wanted to get the windows tinted. So i did a lot of research online and found this Home window tinting company on google. I found that they had excellent reviews, so I called and made an appointment. They were able to get me in quickly.
I explained what I wanted to Belinda at Sydney Tint Solutions. She was great to work with.
Steve did a great job. My new home looks fantastic! If you need window tinting done, Please do yourself a favour and call Belinda. Very professional and well-educated on their product range. Highly Recommend them.

You get clear, concise answers to your questions, show up on time, and are always fair on price. If you are looking for Residential window tinting. I would highly recommend Sydney Tint Solutions.

great service. ordered a 15 long shaft through kogan and 3 days later i was trying it out on my supaduck . kogan, tnt and island inflateables all did an excellent job. i love the motor, took my old 2 smoke off now i have a motor that starts 1st pull hot or cold and i can’t hear it idling which is what i wanted. i can flick plastics and kick it in and out of gear to move along . the old motor oiled up if i tried to do that. the only bug is it will start in reverse if i am not careful, forward is locked out as normal. maybe just an adjustment needed.

Ridest customer service ever. This man couldn’t stop yelling at us so had to hang up. Anger management would definitely benefit him. Not even 1 star. Don’t ever want to deal with him again. Parsun 5HP boat motor- very difficult to start from beginning, and now can’t even start.Got stuck on the middle of lake which potentially could have been very risky. only bought it 2 days ago. Want to return it

If it were possible to rate the place between 0 and -100 this bi— would get below the -100. They think they are in aotearoa or something acting all gangsta but when you step up they back off and yell at you from the safety of their second story balcony. Dirty living conditions
Outdated and overpriced amenities
Terrible, uncooperative management
100% Not child friendly
Serious Electrical hazards
Unsealed Sewer pipes sticking out of the ground
But the most disturbing part of this is the alcohol use by the supposed management of which the owner knows damned well about yet allows it to continue is a safety concern and fair trading will know about it i guarantee it. Why council or local government hasn’t stepped in and issued the owner with fines is beyond comprehension. No wonder the woronora community offer absolutely no support to the park and have placed anti park signs through out the entire valley. Would recommend miranda caravan park, heathcote caravan park as far better enjoyable stays.

I called over the Christmas holiday period and had the pleasure to talk to Elenore. She was extremely helpful and talked my husband through how to get the door to a point to close till we could talk to our EC to get them out when they reopen. She knew her stuff, she talked us through it in a way that was easy for someone with no understanding of how these things work. Thank goodness we called as he was about to cut the metal ropes and she told us not to as it could fall down and cause more damage. Look forward to having someone in the future when strata reopen.

I spoke to Terry in the office, he was friendly and helpful. He provided a price for a service, and for a new motor if I did need one, so knew what I was in for either way. Greg the technician was on time, friendly and got on with the job. I have a new motor for the garage door, no fuss, no mess and it’s quieter than ever before!

Drove 50 minutes to my appointment only to be told that the lady I was supposed to see couldn’t make it to work today. I understand that these things happen but no one made any attempts to contact me prior to the appointment and all I was told was “sorry about that” and asked if I wanted to book in for the next available date. Waste of my time and I won’t be back.

Had a facial and eyebrow tint and sculpt with Ashleigh. I was super happy with the facial and left feeling very relaxed and my skin feeling great. She also did an excellent job with my eyebrows 💕

I was so disappointed with their service. I took my laptop that stopped working of which I thought it needed a new battery, but it took them nearly 2 weeks to check it, this is after I made a few phone calls checking and I was told it will be ready tomorrow that never came until I decided to go and pick it up. Guess what I got a completely dead laptop with missing parts. I do not recommend this shop because they are crooks.
