We’ve had Eastcoast building do several jobs for us – renovated, updated and enlarged our kitchen, installed a new bathroom, completed bedroom alterations, and lately renovated ensuite and main bathrooms. The current site supervisor has organised car wash but the other works remains unattended since May 2022. Their cleaner has canceled on me twice and the site supervisor has not followed up even after multiple email requests.

Awesome experience building through Better Built. Right from the day one the process was clear & easy to understand. We would like to thank everyone who worked on our job and also the office staff taking my calls. Thank you everyone! Highly recommended!

They replaced an ageing roof on my sunroom, rearranged some walls to give me some more much needed space, installed amazing bamboo floating floor boards, painted, installed a new wardrobe, upgraded some electrical wiring and installed new fans throughout the house. The guys were very friendly, made sure the place was clean every day and the office girls made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Bad experience with this company. Please avoid this company! They are not transparent with fees and charges. Waste of $10000, lots of time and plans got rejected from council so we ended up starting from scratch after spending $10000. Also poor communication within the company, not professional at all.
I’d like to know when this apparent meeting was? I’m sure it was after you were already charging the fees, you just wanted to go over it in person but you went going to change it we’re you!?!? You never told us at the time when you changed the plans that it would cost $10000 without even doing any physical work on the property.
We asked you to get it into council ASAP as we had sick parents that’s needed to move into the granny flat. They ended up dying just after we got another builder to complete another granny flat. For much cheaper I might add!
You guys were so slow in doing everything.
So I warn anyone out there do not use this company. Unless you want it to take forever and have hidden charges and fees.
It shouldn’t cost $10000 for unapproved granny flat plans! You put builders to shame.

Mark and Tim at Dwelcom really know their stuff and made sure to go the extra mile when building our granny flat to leave that personalised touch. Extremely professional and thorough, and the granny flat was built and finished in an extremely pleasing time frame compared to most other companies.
Would highly recommend using these guys!

It has been such a delight to partner with the team at Dwelcom for the past 9 months. As a media consultant I work with a number of clients from all industries. It has been refreshing to see “new to market” brands out there who, dare to be different in their approach to their core audience and will dance to their own beat with a long term strategy.

Before choosing a team to build with, we underwent the process of meeting with several companies to discuss the hopes we have for our family home. We have never renovated before, so establishing a partnership with a business that could not only guide us through this process, but also lead us was really important.
From word go we were highly impressed with Keystone, so out of the many that we met with, it was an easy choice. Not only were they friendly, responsive and punctual, but they were also extremely knowledgeable. It was really refreshing to feel like they cared enough to ask us the important questions about our family life in order design a second storey addition that is practical and suits our needs. Given that they are a family-owned business, and the workers are all clearly family orientated, this wasn’t surprising. One of the workers literally entertained our children so we could have the freedom to make decisions without distraction. The kids STILL ask after her!
We are about 3 months into our build, and I must say that this experience has far and beyond exceeded all of our expectations, especially given that we are a family of 6 with young children and are living on site.
Keystone take the reins from start to finish and organise everything from design (connecting you to trusted architects, highly professional bathroom specialists, paint and flooring design specialists etc), to a very efficient (incredibly fast), smooth sailing build. As an extremely busy family this has been a godsend, and we are so grateful that what could have been a long, overwhelming experience has been so simple and actually enjoyable. Thank you to all the amazing staff and your dedication to providing such a wonderful service!
They know what they do. Very strong civil engineering knowledge. Steve and Ralph are awesome to work with. James – very patient with us from the beginning. Don’t mind working with James again . The team managed by Aaron was precise on work and timeline. The only request would be to It include more choices in terms of product selection. We will be finishing our project soon with final schedule and the only feedback from anyone who visits is good job by the builder .
