The telemed appointment for my son was on time, Dr Courtney Isreb was extremely helpful and sent a electronic script as well as booking a follow up appointment, if needed. My young son came off the call saying ‘I liked that Dr, she was very nice’. Thanks for the great service

Reservations are made over the phone, and bulk billing is available. All the staff are friendly and the doctor is very attentive. The children talked and made it difficult, but the doctor treated our children well with having a smile. I will go again next time.

I took my 4yo son down for an outpatient check up. There was a very short wait time, plenty of seating and polite administration. We saw Dr Anthony Weller. He was very patient and warm with my son, and managed to talk him through all the check ups kindly. He was very good with kids, showed true patient care and interest, and explained things clearly to me. Highly recommended.

Bye bye Warringah Medical with your minimum 1hour waiting to see a doctor.
Hello Our Medical….wait time two minutes. I couldn’t believe it when I just checked in and then my name was called….I’ve been there four times now and never have had to wait for more than a few minutes. Dr have been fantastic and staff show interest unlike many places.
I highly recommend Our Medical..

Discovered this practice last week, and I could not be any happier. From the joyful greetings, the pleasant & spacious surrounds, relaxed walk-in service, bulk billing, and wonderfully warm professional personnel… this is everything anyone could ever want from their medical visit.
Having said the above, there are issues. One of the GPs here placed me in a programme to see another health professional under the same roof. Having been assured that a series of further consultations would be bulk-billed without any out-of-pockets, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn, after the first 30min consultation, that I would need to pay up-front and go to Medicare. After a further 40min of administrative limbo, I paid on the assurance that I’d be fully reimbursed from Medicare. So I then spent another hour commuting to/from Medicare only to learn that she had given me an invalid item code, and no provider number, thus denying my claim. Now why should I have to incur this lost time and cost, upon being told something which was simply not reality? It is deeply disappointing when someone does not follow through on what they said would happen.

A bit ridiculous that even though we went and got a PCR test that showed both my child and I negative, especially for seeing the doctor, after my child has had a cough for 7 weeks the doctor would not see us. Told the doctor was not seeing anyone who had even the slightest symptoms. You would think that seeing as all other medical professionals, and doctors surgeries are, that PPE could be worn if doctor was that concerned. No lack of care shown at all with one particular Dr.

They have treated me very unprofessionally TWICE and today she made me feel like I am a liar and thief.. yes that’s true! Never left a reviews but today I have to! Please change your attitude or job!! Only going back because of my doctor otherwise would never again!!!!

I have been going here for probably close to 10 years now. I was recommended 2 doctors at this practice. The first one was great but no longer works there and the second one is Dr Tiffany Jones who I’ve been seeing for over 5 years now. Tiffany is lovely, considerate and knowledgeable. She always listens and checks in with me. She takes into consideration my circumstances when recommending specialists or scripts. She let’s me know ahead of time if something is going to cost a lot and let’s me decide if it’s worth the money or if we can find a cheaper alternative.
I am always honest with her as she is non-judgemental.

I am truly thankful for this practice. Everyone on staff from reception, nurses and doctors are simply the best! Always professional, genuinely compassionate, kind and friendly. Thank you for keeping us safe and healthy especially in the times we are in. Absolute superstars and a big thank you to Jo today who went out of her way for me when I rang. I’m sincerely grateful. Many Thanks, Gemma.
