We are often too happy to post a whinge and then forget to post when the company addresses the issue. We did have a problem ordering 2 replacement locks for existing broken ones. We would call and be told “a person from sales will have to get back to you”. No one did. Then when we got the name of a salesman and his email the order still wasn’t addressed. Finally we spoke to someone that charged our credit card for the the new locks and a few weeks later still no locks. Finally Corey discovered our case. He admitted there had been a hiccup and could not have done more to solve our problem. He was genuinely apologetic, promised return calls that were made and followed through on all promises.
I like and appreciate a company that knows when there has been an issue, doesn’t continue with excuses and gets with solving the problem.
Our locks arrived before Corey promised and they provided us with the wonderful Nick who went over and above to install our new locks and even fixed a completely unrelated issue free of charge.
I really do thank Corey, Nick and his team for following through on his promises to fix the problem.That’s the difference between a good company and a bad company.

Everything is 100 to 1000 times more expensive than bunnings.
They used to have a innovative edge.
But China makes everything the same. And 1000 times cheaper and same quality.
Most hidden components are generic.
Hilti still has logistical issues on the most basic everyday consumable items. Nothing has changed since 1999.

From my experience, Hilti tools are the most stolen tools on construction sites.
Just buy tools that save you money from day one,
instead of paying for a 20-year warranty upfront?
I refuse to buy these tools anymore; they are just a red box of smoke and mirrors, in my opinion.
I won’t waste my time and money there again.
As an employer, l can only say from my experience.
I would not work there ever again, or would I recommend them to anyone!
