A+++ service from the boys in the workshop. I’ve been using them for 5 years now, multiple vehicles of different makes and models, never any issues, always friendly and within specified time frames for services and repairs. Best in the hills District. Highly recommended.

I made a mobile order for 5 footlong sandwiches with a special comment – ‘please cut each footlong into 4 pieces’. This order was specially for little students.

And 30 min later, I stopped by the store to pick them up. Food was ready, but no slice was made because the restaurant told me that they did NOT receive such a comment…

A male staff, who was very busy at taking care of other customers, was a bit grumpy but helped cut each footlong into 4 slices. I felt sorry for him, but upset to Subway because the system did not deliver a message to the restaurant so I had to argue with a male staff and wasted additional time rather than just picking up.

Food was reasonable and okay as usual, but the experience with online order system today was terrible!!

Subway – you could do better than this.

ordered two footlongs delivery. gave me white bread instead of italian herbs and wasnt toasted when it clearly said on the order attached. Came cold.

The Staff @ LiquorLand North Rocks generally always present great Customer Service, politeness, manners & good knowledge of in store products..
The Staff are great when it comes to remembering repeat customers & are very helpful in regards to answering questions that deal with any issue you may have regarding in store products..
Generally 99.99% of the time Staff display a great attitude towards potential customers..!
Though there are, from time to time, some Staff Members who are not as polite or display courteous manners as do the Staff that are usually posted at this store..

Muirfield is a fantastic course. The greens are generous and the fairways are quite nice. When we played the greens were recovering from their winter coring, but the roll was very consistent on all the greens. Despite the dry weather, the greens were extremely lush. There are 2 very long par 4’s and a few short par 4’s. Overall the course is quite challenging and well worth heading out. As others have said, the clubhouse is fantastic and the view over the 16th and 18th greens is brilliant.
Played again on the 1st of July and the course and greens are in fantastic condition.

It was only 20 minutes for closing time!!
I came all the way from Macquarie Suzanne Grae as they didn’t have the size I was looking in particular brand !!
Annette was so helpful, never rushed me instead was more attentive and was very sincere with her feedback.
She understood my requirement and went over and above to deliver an awesome customer service. Very impressed.
You were such a friendly, kind and a courteous staff.Thanking you Annette.

I strongly beg you not to go there because theres a lot of racist kids there, as well as bullying. Most students don’t care about other people’s feelings and simply harass other students online, which is horrible.

Our daughter went to Tara for the whole of high school. I can’t recommend this school enough. The pastoral care is exceptional. The facilities are great but the most important thing is that the staff are totally dedicated and no one is just a number. Each year group is small enough that all the staff know everyone. We were very happy with our decision to move our daughter to Tara.

Good facilities but the the teachers aren’t great. Don’t get me wrong, some teachers are amazing but I feel like most of them literally don’t care about the kids. Head of the senior school asked me why I was leaving, boy think about it. Do you really think I would tell you? No, instead I’m gonna write a google review 🙂

The kids are also so toxic, everyone I know that left is so much better because they left.

Staffs are very helpful and welcoming with big smiles.

You should be asked to present a vaccination certificate or a NSW contraindication form to enter the shop, which is normal as of now.

There are plenty of toys, books, and stationeries that kids will like.

The shop is a bit crowded during the weekend afternoon, but weekdays and weekend morning should be a good time to stay longer in reviewing necessary books and materials.

Worst ever customer service
One of the lady who was serving started with a smile which was good when we chose what we wanted to purchase and when we to the register my son being so young obviously didnt want to let go of the toy so i had to take it off him to pay. She was giving us the dirty on the phone and didn’t say a word to us. It felt like she was totally annoyed and ignoring us just because of the little cry my son did. Isnt it normal if you are serving someone to ask the person on the phone to wait for a little while?
I was disgusted and was so upset as we walked out it was just appalling. I will make sure my students and friends know not to come here again

Remember Meg Ryan’s bookstore in ‘You’ve Got Mail’?

This is that kind of store. Super helpful staff. Very selective merchandise to really help in educating your kids and speaking of merchandise: they’ve got everything from books and toys, to puzzles and experimental kits. I love this store and so do my kids. Totally deserve 5⭐️ rating.

Oh, and they have also got group and individual classes for kids on reading, writing, maths etc. Don’t have first hand account to share, but we do see a lot of parents and kids on Saturdays.

We versed their tennis team, it was embarrassing, clapping on opponents mistakes, the sheer disrespect, even to a twelve year old. Then they later start to cheat and mock our athletes. Even though they were winning. If you want your child to have manners, do NOT come to this school. If I had the options to leave 0 stars. I would.

Such a disappointing Coles in almost every way. Fruit and Veg is especially bad – feels like they buy seconds, challenge anyone to visit, guarantee you will find rotten fruit and Veg in clear eyesight. Store is always messy either with random displays or stock cages. Staff that just walk through you like your not even there with deliery order carts or take up the whole isle so you can’t get past, not sure what happened to customer first and even just excuse me or sorry (usually replaced by grunting like your causing them an issue by being there)

Locals actually shop elsewhere which is sad given the next supermarket for us is probably 10-15 minites further away.

The last straw was how the “manager” dealt with his staff on Sundays visit, just a tip, yes the fruit section was bad that morning but public beratings in clear earshot of customers on the floor is not the way to go about dealing with the situation, we weren’t the only ones that left our Trolley and left the store after seeing this. Store manager was just swearing and yelling at this poor guy in front of everyone! Hope you feel like a big man, might need to look at the rest of the store bud, your standards are poor and hence your store looks rubbish. (PS maybe on the last day before Christmas turn up before 10am might be a great start) Needs a change or you won’t have customers.

The click and collect has put me off. They made me wait for almost 40 minutes last time and half of my order was either missing or got replaced with “similar” item. The coles centralized support did returned my money but overall experience at this store had put me off the list for online shopping with Coles.

Came here (by accident) with my wife for an annual check-up and clean. Very pleasantly suprised. Service was great and the price was awesome – they do not charge the gap for regulars who are covered by appropriate health insurance. My teeth haven’t looked this clean in years. We will definitely be making them our regular dentists.

We are a family of 4 and are regular customers to this dental centre. I have been visit here since 2015. Dr. Daya is very nice and skillful. Compare to my other dental experiences his service/skill is the best, less pain during normal bi-annual check up and filling. Even my two kids are feeling more comfortable. They said they are not ‘afraid’ to have the dental check-up again.

His fee/charges are also reasonable. That is also the reason I am keeping coming back.

Happy customer and highly recommended!

This dental clinic was recommended to me by friends who are dental phobic, the will not go to anyone else. The dentists here are fantastic, they wholeheartedly care for their patients, making sure they discuss all options with you, and ensuring that the best care is given and received. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was compelled to this time because of the very bad experience I just had. I bought an engagement ring from Wally and I wanted to add my wedding band, a simple string of diamonds. Wally assured me that it would be no problem, it will be beautiful, no worries. I left my ring with him, when I went in to see it, there were visible gaps in the ring, the two bands were uneven, and he finished it as a split ring, so there was a big opening between the two rings. I pointed all these things out to him and he said the split ring looks better than having the rings close side by side. He ignored the fact that the heights of the rings were uneven and he said he would have a go and filling the gaps. I left it again for 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up, the gaps were still there, heights still uneven. He said that was the best he could do. He asked me if I was happy, I reluctantly said, we’ll I’m not really happy, but you’re saying that’s all you can do. So I paid and left. A week of wearing my rings and feeling so unhappy and let down, I took my rings to another jeweler, who agreed with all the imperfections in it and also pointed out a few more imperfections. So I left my ring with them to repair and had to pay more again to have it repaired. I am bewildered how a jeweler with any sort of decent standing would want any customer to walk out of their store unhappy and with a ring of substandard quality. I had been to Wally before this situation and I didn’t have a problem, however I don’t know what is happening at the moment, but I definitely won’t be back. This has cost me a lot of money.

Wally and his wife, Nazrene, are very, very friendly and put you at ease when looking for a gift. You will not feel intimidated as some jewellers make you feel when you walk into their shops. I do all my watch repairs with them.

I am offended at the customer service i received today at this store.
There was one female customer being attended to by the female shop partner. There was no product visible and they were talking in an eastern language. After several minutes of talking the female attendant said to me, “i will get someone to serve you” and she tapped on the internal window. The owner came out and as he approached me, a young man came into the shop. The owner then asked who was first and the man indicated that i was waiting. The owner then proceeded to serve the young man saying, “i will serve you first”.
How rude is that. I was hoping to purchase jewellery for my partner but i was so stunned at the lack of service. Meanwhile the female continued to chat. I left that shop with the distnct impression that had i been of the same ethnic group the service would have been more attentive. I have money to invest but NOT at this store.

Feb 3, 2020: We can highly recommend the Granite Transformation North Rock (Waratah Kitchens) Team. We recently used them to renovate our Kitchen and from start to finish they provided an excellent service: prompt response; expert advice; quality products; professional workmanship and quick service. To cap it all off they were also fantastic value.
If you are trawling the internet searching for a reputable Kitchen Reno company no need to look any further.

We had our kitchen renovation completed a few months ago by Granite Transformation, North Rocks. We are very happy with everything, the whole process went smoothly. The old kitchen was removed and new kitchen was installed in 4 days. Great communication & great team work by Jeff and the tradesmen. Everyone was very nice, clean and professional. We highly recommend Granite Transformation @North Rock.

Waratah Kitchens/Granite Transformations North Rocks installed a Calacutta Benchtop and repolished my existing cabinets. They have done an excellent job and it has been good value for money. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend them!

Staff were friendly. Service was good. However this morning I bought an apple roll and was very shock to see the staff actually used her bare hand to pick up the bread and put it into a bag. And when I turned my head I saw the other staff actually also using his bare hands to arrange some of the breads on the shelves. I am actually not very sure about their hygiene now.

Called Excell Glass and talked Neil through a window repair job required for the back-yard/garage door. Within 3 days, the job was completed (during COVID pandemic), without me being at home, and I simply got a call the next day that it was done.
Great service, no non-sense, hassle free, and friendly. 4 stars for the service and making it 5 for the ease in terms of getting it done.

Called Neale at midday for a quote on a broken bathroom window & Chris was on our doorstep within 2 hours. Chris replaced the glass quickly and matched the existing window perfectly. It was my first time using Excell Glass & I was very impressed with their fast & efficient service and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
