The facility was wonderful. Clean rooms, wonderful location and good facilities.
The only thing the management can improve upon is to waive off the parking fee. It is kinda spoiler.

The customer service is great. We had a problem with the air conditioning. I think it wasn’t serviced for a long time and it was leaking. The carpet floor was so wet. It wasn’t safe for my little boy so We changed rooms. But then on the other hotel room it was still leaking. I hope the management will do something else because it happened twice.

Westfield Parramatta has basically everything. Sometimes it can even be too big. It can be really busy, so the best time to go is definitely in the morning. Good luck trying to get a seat in the level 5 food court at lunch time. The mall itself is maintained to an average standard and the location is good for drivers and pedestrians alike. Access through public transport is exceptional. For all of its minor flaws, Parramatta wouldn’t be the same without it.

This place is excellent for Indian style Chinese food. I love indian chinese and have tried other places as well. But this place is the best among all and has improved over the years. Prices are very reasonable. Cost you about $15 to $20 a head for a good dinner. I am a regular visitor to this place. Love their food. I am not paying top dollar so cannot expect top decor or top service. But food quality and quantity are excellent.

I am a regular customer here and went again on Sat 29/05/2021. The place has maintained its excellent standards and quality and quantity of food. Best Indian style Chinese food in Sydney. I cannot understand why they have not raised their prices? Can easily add $1 to each dish. Will still be cheap. Keep it up staff and management of this place. All the best.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to share this one. I went to Portmans Parramatta today to find a dress for my office Christmas party. A girl named Janvi was so kind and warm, her taste was on point. She listened to me and understood exactly what I was after and gave me couple of dresses to try and gave me honest feedback. I ended up buying one dress which she suggested. It was actually a fun experience. She has amazing customer service skills. I would definitely go there again and would love to see her whenever I go.

BP service help full service. I buy petrol there they have some groceries and you can buy coffee and may be donuts, pies to eat. Toilet is very clean. friendly all staff members. good work guys. cheers.

Poor customer service. The person working there was on his phone and dint even greet back. Happened around on16/09/21 at around 9:14 pm . Wouldn’t want to come back again. The request the manager to teach their staff the basics of customer service.

if i could score a 0 i would. we recently stayed here in the 2x bedroom apartment room, where do i start! the floor was filthy our feet were black after 5 minutes in the room, the utensils in the kitchen were put back in the drawer with out being washed so when we went to use them they still had dried food on them! the dish washer still had stuff in it from the previous people who stayed in there, the main bedroom bed after undoing it had dead bugs and dust on it. the ensuite had a putrid smell in it. the balcony had not been cleaned either the dust/dirt on the floor was again putrid. it honestly was like the room had not been cleaned ever. for the price we paid for this room we expected way more! I would not recommend this place in a million years.

Wouldn’t let a wild pig stay here.
Dirty washing in the machine, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No spa/sauna/pool was allowed.
Paper thin walls and Curtin’s.
0/10 – would only be suitable for a knockdown and rebuild

The fire escape needs cleaning up. I used it cause the lift was playing up and I was about wary of the stability of the elevator. I used the stair case and jeez someone needs to clean that place up

We are very happy to have enrolled my child at Goodstart Parramatta and it has been indeed, one of the best decisions we ever made. The centre is very warm and welcoming and at the same time is very professional. My child, who I enrolled here last year and my child at present has a very different personality and I thank all the educators for craving out this amazing little personality of her. The Centre Director, Danielle has always been available in case of any questions and the communication has been wonderful. Mel, the Assistant Director who also seems to assume the role of an educator is amazing and is full of enthusiasm when it comes to organizing meaningful activities. The few things my daughter tells us about her day at the centre amazes me. All the educators, Tara, Somali, Tanzila, and Dimple pay close attention to the likes, dislikes, interests, and suggestions of the children and also takes into account the suggestions of the parents.
The centre has been the best start my daughter could have before entering school. Thank you very much for being actively involved in the development of my child. Can not thank you all enough!

This is one of the best early learning centre in NSW. Individual attention to your kid is provided and good platform is laid for kids to express and learn. Their schedule of activities and events are really makes you feel proud to have chosen their services. All the staffs are really friendly and always ready to listen to feedback. My kid is really enjoying his time in preschool. It’s the best place for a kid to prepare for school. Keep up the good work team.

My experience at this club is totally happy and once you step in the front reception you will be respect and staff are really happy smile and friendly give more information if you need a help especially staff CHERRY at the front… She always help you with anything that you need help and she will remember all the guest name and really happy with her excellent service

Nice, clean shopping centre. My wife used the parenting room facilities. She said it was very spacious and clean. There were two separate rooms for feeding, with doors that could be locked. Each contained a comfortable feeding chair. I will definitely do more shopping here in the future.

Incredible level of service from the Bikebiz team. Deep was a real one and if I were his boss I’d give him a raise, extra benefits, a free lunch, my car keys, my wallet, the rights to my lavish estate and my firstborn child.
But I’m not his boss and I only had $2 in my pocket at the time so I can only give him this review and maybe a gift basket with some Man Soaps. Also, his name is cool and he has the disposition and beard of an angel.
Shout-out to Dags too, he has cool hair and he’s a cool guy.
So go to bikebiz I guess? They got the best bikes and the best biz and the best Deep.

Great facility for the readers and others as well. For printing its use worthy but the printing process is little complicated. Usage of the computers by the non members is chargeable for a fee though it’s immaterial but library should give it to the needy. Overall great experience.

Very disappointed with the lack of new books lately, understand covid has impacted things but books that at least should be on order I have to put purchase suggestions in and then can only put in 5. Cooking books from Ottolenghi , Neil Perry, Bios from well know aussies not in catalogue. New Hannah Kent book not there. Friend used to borrow books for me before I moved into area and had a very good range, now hardly any good books especially pre-release titles. Poor customer service to have to constantly ask for books. Parramatta Library used to be ahead of the book trends, now they seem behind, may have to go elsewhere.

I am a regular here and visit weekly. On every visit I can always pick up amazing sales/discounts. I love that my favourites are regularly on special here. The range is diverse enough – I love being able to try new brands and different types of liquor.

Customer service here is good. The guys are always helpful if I need.

This is my definite local go-to!

Garlic sauce, probably the best in town 😀 I am addicted to it. Their charcoal chicken is also far better than others.

It’s total salt fest. مجموع الملح. It’d give you a heart attack. 5 to zero stars. Can’t tolerate it anymore. I’m in my 30s.

The last time we visited this place back in March 2020, it was already great.

Today we picked up whole chicken meal, OMG, it was so filling.

The three of us was stuffed and even have leftovers. Decent sized portion.

Queue was really long and people still waited, being sure to keep our distances. Some of us was still wearing a mask in this close to 40 degrees heat! But some chose not to, since it’s no longer compulsory!

Other than that, I’m more than happy to wait for awesome and tasty food.

Whole chicken and the garlic dip was amazing. Came with a pack of fries, and I’m not a big fan of fries. Would’ve been great if we can trade it for a salad or something….
