The gentleman working tonight needs to work on his customer service throwing the items i pay for at me through the night counter like im a dog its disgusting i have put up with this service for almost a year since ive moved to the area i dont like to winge but i would have a chat with him 👍🏽

I purchased a cap on Friday night at around 09:00 pm; it’s a jeep brand & paid $25, straight away realised the clip at the back is broken & informed the staff that it’s faulty & requested for an exchange, he told me that he couldn’t do a refund or exchange because he doesn’t have permission & advised me to come on Monday & see the manager (Arshad).
Today I went & explained the whole problem to the manager Arshad; he told me he would exchange the cap & told me to pick up the same brand. At the time of exchange, when I requested a receipt for proof of purchase, he declined by saying I already exchanged it, so we don’t have to give You a receipt. Unless the one I picked is less in value &, he doesn’t want to give the difference money back to me. I told him I work in retail & we issue a new receipt For an exchange because he’s keeping the old receipt with the faulty product. He said BP doesn’t work that way & we don’t issue a new receipt for an exchange.
My question to BP management is this the way you look after your customers & what he said is that correct?
I have been a BP customer for almost ten years & this kind of policy will Turn customers away.

Nice bistro ambiance & facilities.

Went there when my daughter’s school had graduation dinner. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, very tasty and good portion. Before dinner, we had some beers at the outdoor area. Very pleasant place.

Extortion – $300 to sign up, once money received – medication worth $50 sent and then zero contact. Funds @ $300 are automatically deducted from your account monthly. If you are lucky enough to get hold of someone and you explain that they have not provided what you have paid for – you are asked if you are feeling anxious and stressed…avoid at all costs

Very poor customer service… only keen to talk to you until you give your details and pay for a subscription, after that it is virtually impossible to get hold of anyone if you have any questions/problems.

I would not recommend this service, find a reliable GP and go through them.

I was shocked to see the level of customer service. Sorry but I have to mention the name Amanda. Her body language was extremely rude with every customer. Never experienced this before from Lakemba ALDI.she should get this feedback as she can’t be the reason for team’s failure.

Definitely not the same Jasmin restaurant. If you don’t know Arabic food you may like this but certainly very disappointing. Foul and lamb pieces were terrible. Homus and falafel were OK. But why would you eat here? Traditional breakfast always has tea. Guess what they don’t have tea. Obviously not owned by Arabic people. Find a better option guys. In addition decor is so outdated. I should have figured out the poor quality when I noticed it was empty..

Purchased a Couch in February 2021 received it on the 14 July 2021 the service in harvey norman Wiley park was TERRIBLE the manager was unprofessional, he wanted to hang up on me for asking why did my couch take almost 5 months to arrive, no one bothered to inform me or update me on my couch. Won’t be going back there ever again, DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

An amazing place to shop at I highly recommend shopping at Harvey Norman punchbowl. They have an amazing team here especially Jo, Michael and Jenny. They were able to provide excellent service and provided me with everything I was searching for. They have great quality items and the prices are able to suit a range of budgets. Horrible customer service, I called up them up to see if they had a part for my car and they answered with full confidence YES. I asked if they could physically check if the part is there and if they could send me a picture of it to make sure it’s functional and working. He said “don’t worry just come we have it” like as if I live around the corner or something.

I visited the store today and to pick up the part and it turns out the part is damaged (taillights). This is why I wanted a photo. It was a simple task that he refused to do for me and wasted my time.

Just had a pleasure being served by Mary at the Wiley Park store this afternoon. She was extremely helpful recommending us with some cushions, after visiting several other furniture stores to no avail. Probably the best Coffee enthusiast shop in Sydney. Hidden gem. They have some of the best coffee machine on display including ECM, La Marzocco etc…. Great service, boss is extremely nice, and funny. Check out their Ferrari Dino outside on your way in. Love this place. Very well managed company. Well done. Keep it up, support local business everyone.

Totally disappointed with my purchase of a corner vanity unit.
It arrived in early December and the courier put it in a place for safety. As I was unable to get a plumber until after Christmas. I did not notice the damage to the packaging as I left it in its packaging until it was opened by a plumber. Findung the skirting to have been severely damaged. I immediately rang the team to explain what had happened and was told they were closed until January. I had the plumber here already and had no bathroom so had to install it. Now hdreno and the company involved will not compensate me for the damaged one because it had been a total of 3 weeks from delivery and now being February.
No human compassion as obviously the damage had been done in either the warehouse or in transit. I was only asking for a small compensation to cover costs to put it in due to the damage. I paid a large amount of money and received damaged goods.

It has been an absolute pleasant experience dealing with Frankie from HDReno. He is straightforward to talk to (no need to haggle cos he always gives the best price possible without the need for your to ask – based on my comparisons with other suppliers), honest and professional in all our dealings. Frankie helped me a lot with all my questions since It’s my first time to do renovations. He also made sure that I understand what I’m buying based on the requirements I gave him. He is easily reachable and supports me with my concerns like the time when I had to change my cistern system to a different model due to my bathroom design. He did not ask a lot of questions nor did he pushback at all, he just asked me what I need and he wen to work on it.
