My visit with Dr Nafi Musa was a terrible experience. He is very unprofessional and didn’t take the time to hear me out or explain anything. He was more interested in who I’m related to than my issues. Typical.

Shocking!! This medical centre and Dr Maya El Azzi is wreck-less and negligent and does not care about patient quality care!
My sister’s usual doctor retired so she was referred to see Dr Maya, she saw Dr El Azzi a few times and waited over an hour each time.
I don’t understand how appointments are every 5 minutes how careless & dangerous is that.
So my sister called and was not given an appointment till 5 days later, due to the doctor being busy and in 5 days only a telephone consult was offered. She was booked at 3pm, she was in pain and advised the secretary of this but no care was given.
Come her appointment day, no call happened so by 5pm my sister calls the medical centre and the receptionist said oh Dr is running late but will definitely call my sister today. Come 9pm no call so my sister went to hospital!
It’s disgusting that a professional so called doctor cannot call a patient who puts their trust in them and this patient was waiting all day for them! If you were running late atleast have the decency to get your receptionist to call and inform the patient! You are lucky it wasn’t life threatening or urgent or else you would have a legal situation on your hands! People call because their sick not because they want to hear your voice or go to dinner 😡 she waited 5 days only to be let down! People if your looking for a regular caring doctor who is easily accessible for your care or complex condition go else where it’s not worth putting your health at risk with this medical centre! Plenty of caring and thorough doctors out there.

Dr Maya El Azzi has been my doctor for many years and she is simply the best!! Always knows exactly what my concerns are, and provides me with clear explanation and direction to help. Super kind and genuinely cares for her patients.
A truly professional Doctor who I respect and trust! – Highly recommend!
Great overall medical centre, clean and friendly!

I do not recommend this medical centre very negligent not good for someone with complex medical conditions doctors are clueless! Receptionists belong in the circus no idea! Maybe if they chatted less and paid more attention to patients in pain less errors will occur!

Update: oh no it’s not a false review ask the young female wearing a hijab I didn’t make it in your system waiting 2 hours and they didn’t put me in the system and forgot I was waiting right across from their desk! Due to privacy I won’t post the photos of the centre while I was waiting showing the receptionists if you bother checking your email patient enquiry form on the website you will see my complaint!

Dr. Malek treated patients like animals. I am surprised he is still a practising doctor. Someone should review this practice. He doesn’t care about the patients and not a great listener. As a doctor active listening to patients is critical. One of the patients who is a senior patient has an heart attack and he advised it is covid. They’ve treated this patient like a third class citizen. Very disappointed. As a doctor you meant to help , support and provide comfort to patients to improve their healthy and well being in particular their mental health too. Not a good practice, quite toxic practice to be in. They’re just their to swipe patients Medicare card to get the benefits. They treat people differently too. Don’t recommend to go to this place at all. I’ll rate this .05 out of 10.

Was told a doctor would call back for my 2 year old. Couldn’t take him in as we just had a covid test. Called 3 times over 6 hours and the receptionist told me not to worry he would call.
The last time I was told the doctor had gone home and its now after hours and I could have gone elsewhere. Pathetic.
Then the receptionist tells me to just go to the chemist and ask for antibiotic and she would get me the prescription on the morning. Must be used to talking to people who can’t speak English well or something. The chemist laughed at me.
Then the next day, my wife calls them, the doctor gets on the phone and tells her she needs to take him to a hospital, because he hasn’t seem the 2 year old for a while.
So we took him to another Doctor and had his medicine within 30 minutes.
Rest well used to be good. Now they are one of those who couldn’t care less about patients much less children.

Go to him if you cannot find anyone else and you need a prescription for anything. He is not a doctor and I am surprised after 20+years of experience as a GP, his ability to actually ask the right questions is below an average Joe on the street. Once you step into his office, he just wants to get you out as soon as possible to get the next “customer” in.

Save yourself your time, don’t waste it with him. You can buy panadol and telfast at woollies. No need to go to him.

Every time I come here I deal with a young lady named Sarah O . She is so helpful with appointments and is always greeting with smiles and laughs . Her work is very professional in my opinion and she is cut out for her work the best .
Thank you Sarah for making my life easy when I visit . 🙂

Went smoothly, Good service. I was in and out without too much fuss. the place is busy so there is a bit of waiting, but that is time well spent sitting in the comfortable seats reading until your name is called up.

There are really great Dr’s in there; both Dr Sella team are so lovely, also Dr Loo so thorough. Thank you to you all for being so caring!
Also, need to mention the pathology department, so friendly, gentle and comforting. Great parking and not stressful waiting times for walk in’s. Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

Worst experience ever for me. Doctor prescribed a drug that no one has stocked or seen for a while. Called to ask for an alternative and have that prescription sent via email (like the original) . Simple ask and would have taken maybe five minutes to do, but no.
Prior, called up to talk to the Doctor and the receptionist mentioned about telehealth. The issue here is that they don’t give you the time when they are to call. I am busy, like us all. So I asked to book me a time so I can talk to the Doctor vs me going to the practice physically. After all, this is not a new diagnosis required but a new alternative prescription sought. The lady said ok and she did lock a time in. At the appointment time, I called and they said they don’t do that. I was not happy and vent my frustration. Not sure if I ever will come back here again.
Note: If you are stress and are short of staff, either hire more or take less bookings.

This is My 2nd time coming to this clinic again after couple month I’m having mental breakdown. I was so nervous at 1st to comeback this clinic. Worried so much without reason. Got my worse anxiety when meet doc.
So I was try hard to push my self to come because got to baby have to get their immunisation shot.
I’m glad they so friendly. Very Welcoming. N helping me so much. The reception was great friendly.they beautiful to as my kid told me so.😍 beauty and kind.
The doctor and the nurse to. So kind n soft spoken.
Efficient! Well said. The service was great. As I got my anxiety slow down and more rilex that day. I’m totally feel so blessed to come back here.

So far this practice is amongst the good medical centres, I’ve encountered. No awful waiting times, Doctors are intuitive, reception is friendly and accommodating. They don’t make you chase wild ducks to decide/prove that you need medical care. The only issue might be the pathology lab which needs to be resolved for much better customer satisfaction.

I really cannot believe the word he said well after seeing xray there is no problem now i have no idea what is wrong like seriously after I waited for 5 days.

Left work early to get to the centre at 4:30pm, only to be told that the centre was closed. They have too many signs that contradict eachother on the front of the centre in regards to trading hours. When you ring their phone number, it states that it is open 9am-6pm, however this front door states 8am-8pm. Even google has their trading hours 9am-6pm.
This centre needs to clarify what their hours are so that people do not have to leave work or other appointments early just to not be allowed in due to the centre being closed.

Never go out of my way to write a review however this medical centre is exceptional. To be completely frank there is nothing to this standard around the area. Dr Kam, Dr Mostafa and Dr Peter – what excellent Doctors. Extremely thorough with their assessments and communication. Very clean and tidy centre, nice reception, diligent and friendly RN and a large treatment room. Thank you to all for providing excellence through service. Highly recommend!

Great medical centre. It’s clean, professional staff and parking offsite makes it convenient. Also have pharmacy which is handy!
I saw Dr Peter, he’s very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I can highly recommend this medical centre and Dr Peter.
I do have regular GP at different practice, but his hours and days are very limited.
I’m pleased ive found great practice and Dr at Myhealth.
I’ll be attending this practice again

Dr Modasser Hussain is the most rude, greedy and arrogant doctor I have ever meet in sydney. He required more training to deal with patient. He always ask the patient to visit him again in 3 days lol. Reception has no manners as well as no idea what they were doing. I had a blood test with doctor hussein. He didn’t want to give me a copy of it. He said, He doesn’t want to give patient the report because patient may have heart attack if see it lol. Now he is in Lakemba Medical Centre.

Myself along with my family seeing Dr Hussain from last 5 years and we had no issues in dealing with Dr or any of the staff members. I was actually surprise to see negative feedback’s. Due to health care field, I have never ever came across any Clinics in Canberra ( I lived 3 years) or in Sydney who maintain time punctuality.

I have been coming here for many years now, and have seen several docs in that time, and every single one has been amazing. I recently had a not so great experience at different drs office and it really made me appreciate just how caring and empathetic the docs here are. They really take the time to listen and not rush you. Reception staff are lovely as well.

Will never ever ever come back to this place again. Overall I am not happy. The face mask is a must but not provided. The doctor is too rude. Never again, I sort of looking for a great doctor around the area because my regular doctor is a bit of a drive. Because of today’s experience a long drive is worth it to see a nice doctor. Thank you very much but charge to experience😣😣

The best medical practice to go, Dr. Nelly Ghattas takes very good care of her patients which is why she’s been my own for almost 20 years now. She is very professional and possesses excellent experience in her field.

Dr. Ghattas is also super friendly and easy to communicate with about any health or personal issues one may have.
