Disgusted in this company. Should be shut down. Poor safety standards and even worse quality. Roof leaking within 1 week of installation. Huge mess left on my front lawn.

Called Rob, no fuss, no BS. He said he’d call on approach on an agreed time and did exactly that. Checked where the leak was coming from in my lounge, got up on the roof and sorted out the problem. Done and dusted in 20 minutes – if that! Where do you find a ‘tradie’ as circumspect as this!

After multiple unsuccessful attempts at fixing a leaky roof over the last 2 years, a good friend recommended Jake. The team was extremely responsive and were on site within days to conduct repair and coating. We’re very happy with the outcome, especially given the recent weather. Wish I could post a positive review, but sadly that isn’t the case.
Stormforce Solutions came highly recommended, however the level of service received was far from it.

Other than the questionable quality in which my roof was repaired, the customer service was tragic. Threatening to chase me with a debt collector when I had promised to pay after clarification of the invoice and services was unprofessional.
NOTE: Always happy to pay, but at least clarify what services were completed, especially when half of what was quoted didn’t appear to be actioned.

The holy grail! These guys quote quickly and competitively and when it comes to actually doing the job are punctual, respectful, work quickly and are tidy. They have a wealth of experience which shows and they take genuine pride in their work. They did a stellar job replacing our roof and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
