Excellent Drs and service. Been here often for out of hours health issues and kids’ accidents. Drs always friendly, helpful and efficient. Never had to wait long.

I booked in for a full skin check based on the rave reviews online. I can’t confirm or deny the accuracy of the diagnosis (hopefully it is!)… but the way the doctor looking person carried out the full skin check gave me zero confidence. I was taken to this bare room with a sink where a couple of medication looking glass bottles and a syringes were left unattended. That’s where I was asked to undress (underwear on) and wait for him to come back in. No curtains, nothing. When the doc was back, he asked me to stand in the middle of this empty room (no computer, no medical equipment…) and started going over the moles with a magnifying glass looking tool. The full body skin check took literally 3 min. When the doc needed to examine the inner tights, he pulled up a chair and asked me to put one leg on it at a time. It was very odd. This was my first time getting a skin check so maybe this is a standard procedure. Who knows. But for 150 dollars, I’d recommend to go elsewhere, just so you have a peace of mind knowing you’ve been to the right place…

Went to this clinic as my usual skin cancer doctor was booked out. I’m glad I did as the check performed was much more thorough than I’m used to. The doctor looked at all my moles with a special scope, taking his time as I have about a hundred! He even checked between my toes and the bottom of my feet. I decided to pay a little extra and have all my moles photographed. Money well spent I’d say. Will definitely go back here for any future skin checks.

Going to this clinic might have just saved my life!
My wife insisted I have a skin check because she’d heard everyone should have this done. I was skeptical because I didn’t think any of my moles had changed. I doubted the doctor that did the skin check when he though a flat mark on my thigh might be a melanoma (it just looked like a large freckle). I followed his advice anyway and had it cut out. The result came back today and I am so glad I listened to my wife and the doctor. It turned out to be something the doctor called an in site melanoma. This apparently means it is a very early melanoma that can be fully treated just by cutting it out.
I highly recommend this clinic and will be telling all my friends and family to get their skin checked.

Got an appointment at very short notice on a Saturday morning with Dr Rati Singh, she was really wonderful with my 4 year old. She was extremely thorough and informative and filled us with complete confidence.

When I booked the appointment online, I spent a lot of time filling out the online consent forms etc. However, when I went to get the injection, I was asked to fill out the the many pages of the manual consent form again. Seems very unnecessary and should have been avoided. The rest of the visit was as expected and quite efficient.

Dr Kevin Yeung has been most helpful and professional. And provides warmth and personal touch. We need this when in distress. I hesitate to mention his name in case he gets super busy and has no time for me 😊. He takes time to explain what you are going through.

Very good Drs at this practice, I would have given higher rating if they could improve their service at the reception. I had to call up for an appointment for the Dr I chose to see. I was put on hold for 3 times, every time, I move up one positionin the waiting queue, my line was cut and this happened 3 times. It took me 40 minutes to get through to the receptionist. I finally got my appointment but I don’t think the receptionist is familiar with the Drs’s schedule.

Absolutely terrible. I waited two hours to see Dr Philip Roumanous who I saw only saw me for five minutes for a long consultation that I booked for a health assessment which is suppose to be half an hour. I booked a health assessment with another medical centre and never came back here again. The receptionist staff over book patients just to get extra money and don’t care about providing effective healthcare

I attended the medical centre as I had really bad sciatica ( im also 21 weeks pregnant) and was in alot of pain. The receptionist went above and beyond her job role and assisted me with a wheelchair and helped me to get to the bathroom safely. She was passionate and understanding and I appreciated everything she did for me.
The doctor I saw was also good and gave me some painkillers to help ease the pain and gave sound advice.

Absolute worst medical centre DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I had a telehealth appointment where the receptionist checked my number twice and the doctor still called on the wrong number, so I missed it. When I called back, it took 15 minutes to get through to reception who then transferred me to their specialist centre who then transferred me back to reception who then hung up on me. Honestly do not waste your time even if it is your local – there are much better centres nearby, including OurHealth in Crows Nest which is excellent.

In a nutshell: Dr David Pick is the best GP I ever came across, so I have been going back for 25 years+ . In my view a GP is the most important doctor you need. I see Dr Pick as my “health consultant”, very analytical, calm, approachable, explains well and unbiased i.e. has no conflict of interest (like some specialists)! I think this country needs more GPs like Dr Pick. He could be a bit more punctual though…. anyway 5 stars!

The front desk specially Ms Sandra and her colleagues at front desk and the pathology are always helpful regardless of the rush specially during covid lock down while everyone is working from home the team at the reception are always there in time and smiling while giving due attention to each person and even many phone calls attended.. Really appreciate all the efforts and then good experience with Dr Radha and others…SMC is the place to go.

Pleasant reception staff even though often overloaded. The doctors available are as good as any GPs plus they do have a clinic for minor procedures. Having a compounding chemist next door is another bonus if you’re prescribed something unusual.

The receptionist is extremely bad. Rude attitude and seems like you did something wrong even you are being very polite to them! Dr Allen Chow is very nice and professional but will NEVER come back again because of these worse receptionist

I was able to book a Skin Check appointment very easily and quickly. On the day, I was early but was seen straight away. I was consulted by both owners of the practice which was unexpected but I thoroughly appreciated. They were kind, attentive and took the time to speak with me. I would definitely recommend this practice and will be visiting again.

The premises are very clean and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. My family received excellent care from our GP, she is very kind and easy to talk to. Even when we arrive early for our appointments we get seen straight away. I highly recommend this practice.

Went and saw Dr Hiramanek last week for the first time. She was super friends and easy to talk to and made me feel very calm and listened to. Will be going back to see her as I had a great experience.

The reception is quite good. But the nurse who do the injection was very unprofessional. I feel very scary when she kept saying where the injection point is. U ask me about it??? What the hell??? If that is not a joke I think she should go to see the psychologist. I mean it. Anyway that’s really weird if a nurse keeps talking to herself in interrogative sentences. And makes patient feel panic as well. Plus, She doesn’t want to explain anything to patient even if that is her job. So I doubt if she can understand what I was saying to her(English). It is strongly recommended to change to a more professional nurse. I believe that not just freak me out also others feel the same thing and pretend nothing weird happened when we sit there face to her.
